"Cargo200" (KIA) is a Soviet military slang term for "killed in action" used during the war in Afganistan in the 1980's. It became popular again at the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. In the Russian word "GruZ," "Z" is Latinised and capitalized to make a reference to the letter "Z," one of the symbols of this war (the letters "g/r/u," apart from being part of the word for "cargo," also create a pun using the famous acronym for the Russian military intelligence service). This inscription was written above an advertisement promoting a private military company. The message can be decoded as follows: "Russia will kill you by sending you off to this war, and it will hide all the information about you when you are killed.".
