In March 2022, the Russian military brutally murdered many residents of the town of Bucha in the Kiev region. In the Russian Federation, it is not allowed to talk about this; any mention of these murders is punishable under Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code (dissemination of knowingly false information about the Russian army). Several people have already received seven or more years in prison for discussing the murders in Bucha. The letter "Y" is formed with the image of two tied arms.
В марте 2022 года российские военные жестоко убили много жителей города Буча Киевской области. В РФ говорить об этом нельзя, любое упоминание этих убийств карается наказанием по статье Уголовного Кодекса 207.3 (распространение заведомо ложной информации о российской армии). За обсуждение убийств в Буче несколько человек уже получили 7 и более лет в тюрьме. Буква «У» заменена двумя связанными руками.
