The Latin letter "V" is used instead of the Russian letter "В" — 1st letter of word "Война" (War). This also is a reference to the "World War Z" film (2013). The Russian authorities used the letters Z and V as signs of support for war. Therefore, Z is compared, for example, to the swastika, and those who support the war are called zombie.
