The whole phrase sounds like "Yura , we've fucked it all up" is completed with the coded phrase "No to war!" The figure represents Yuri Gagarin. Nanoprotest is a form that since 2012 has become widespread in Russia, first appearing in Apatity, Murmansk. Anonymous artists assemble very small figures of people and animals (often using characters from pop culture), giving them protest signs and placing them in public places. The small size of the figurines and their explicit "toy-like" nature emphasize the impossibility of speaking out against the government at any significant scale or volume. Nanoprotest’s ultimate message is that "Toys protest when people can’t.”
